Due to load changes, some Capacitor Bank installations are no longer effective.  Major harmonic amplification problems due to interaction of capacitors and system reactance also occur due to the increasing use of harmonic generating devices such as variable speed drives, electronic equipment, energy saving fittings etc.  Detailed system studies are done in conjunction with our consulting division to determine the required bank sizes and filtering required. The existing banks can then be optimized by either increasing or decreasing the size.
We also repair, replace or upgrade the existing control systems if faulty, or to provide remote alarming.
